Mandy has been extremely helpful since having my urinary stoma fitted. She began visiting us in February before lockdown and has offered telephone support throughout, and home visits more recently. She was happy to chase up results for us when we were struggling to to get them. Mandy orders all of our necessary kit and is always available on the phone for support when things are not going well. I would thoroughly recommend her.

To say I was struggling with my diagnosis of Bowel Cancer was an understatement. Then to be told I had to have a Stoma for 10months, well I was petrified. Thank god my guardian angel Mandy Smart arrived

Mandy visited me at home Monday 22nd June. This was our first time of meeting, although we had spoken on the phone After introductions and a chat, preliminary paper work completed, I felt very much at ease. Having explained my difficulties, Mandy examined me and immediately saw what was making me uncomfortable. Mandy was very calm, caring and confident, which subsequently helped me feel that I was in very capable hands. My stoma was dressed with additional protection. It immediately felt 100% better. Wasting no time Mandy contacted Fittleworth to discuss my future needs and requirements, and booked a further appointment. A very professional visit.

I met Mandy back in April 2020, I spoke to her on the phone 1st. Mandy came to my home 3 days later to talk through what to expect and what to do with my nephrostomy tube and bag. She made my partner and I feel at ease, she made us feel like she had all the time in the world. There was some complications on the way with my tube not draining, but Many put me at knew exactly what to do and say to calm me down and she sorted it straight away with the hospital and got me straight back in. She was always there to answer silly question and always put me at ease. I can't thank Mandy enough for all her support especially with the times we are in with the coronavirus, it did not stop her doing her job. An amazing woman thankyou so much for your support and help, my family and I really appreciate it
